Is planning permission required for Smartbuilds?
We advise all our clients to get planning approval for their Smartbuilds. Planning permission is important as if your project requires planning permission and you continue to do the work without getting it, you can be served an enforcement notice. An enforcement notice will make you undo all the changes you have made. Therefore, to avoid this we encourage all our clients to get planning approval before completing any work.
